Booking on a fully sold flight

In the scenario where flight capacity is full and there is a need to add passengers over the authorize capacity, use the indicator OSL (Oversale) from the control panel.

The number of  extra seats to be sold must be added together with the indicator OSL as shown on  steps below:  

Step 1

Configure the OSL indicator by adding the amount of passengers to oversell. In order to edit this parameter, the agent must have the keywords CHKLV1 o CHKLV2 on the signing.

Step 2:

The new reservations must be requested using the action code OS from the direct sale entry. Agent sign must have keyword CHKOSL

Continue to build the PNR as usual

The available seats for oversale are updated in the Control Panel as new oversold PNRs are created
