Occupancy by zones(PZ)
In order to find out the the exact number of passengers seated by area,with details of the type of passenger and gender (for adult passengers), and the total weight per zone defined for each aircraft.
This information is updated automatically as passengers are accepted and have a seat assigned at check-in. The total weight per area will be calculated by counting the weight of all types of adult, child and infant passengers. Weight is considered by default according to the JJCHK's weight table unless otherwise indicated at the time of acceptance. In case Jump Seat passengers are accepted, a row with the corresponding information will be added to those passengers.

Note: When a passenger has an assigned seat and there is an aircraft equipment change with a new registration where the seat does not exists on the new seat map, either because is already occupied, blocked, reserved,etc. This passenger is accepted on the flight but on the PLC list, the seat will have a question mark  instead of a seat number as a warning for passenger reacommodation. On the other hand, the PZ list will show a question mark  zone or area where all passengers needing reacommodation will be shown together with their gender and the total of pax besides the total weight.Â
