Queries

Description


 

The queries feature, allow the user to look up specific accounts based on either office ID in case of agencies or customer ID in case of the corporate accounts.

Once the desired search criterion has been completed just click on SEARCH and the system will redirect the user to the account summary view.

Summary cut-off


From the above summary view, certain actions will be enabled, one of the actions is the SUMMARY CUT-OFF, this action will allow the user to request a customized summary up to a given date. This summary will contain all movements up to the requested date; once a summary is requested, the information will be erased from the account´s surface, thus freeing space for new information to be shown (bear in mind that only the last 2000 transactions will be displayed).

 

Once the action button is clicked a pop up window appear with some mandatory fields to be completed

 

The cut-off date will be the last date considered to extract the transactions and summarized them. The email address will be the recipient address for the summary document and finally, the reference field is just a text to specify the reason for the operation.

 

Once the summary is completed, the system will redisplay the account view just showing those items remaining.
