Description

KIU Click allows smooth and easy user management that will enable users creation and modification, terminal management and updates among other operations.

The “USER” module is to be accessed from the login page by clicking below icon

 

User list.

After clicking the above icon, the user will be redirected to a landing page whose default will be the “USER LIST” view.

 

As shown above, this view allows retrieving user data based on various fields present on the user profile itself or other generic information such as city field.

Hereunder a brief explanation on which information is accepted in each field.

 

  • TYPE: Under this field, the user will be able to specify whether a list of active / deleted users is to be displayed.

 

  • CITY: On this box, the user should input the three-letter code for the city whose code will be used as a search criterion.

 

 

  • REFERENCE: The input for this field should match the text added to the user profile under the REFERENCE field, please refer to user creation.

 

 

  • USER ID: This box is to be completed with the USERID information, such as in the user profile.

 

 

  • ACCESS EMAIL: Same as with reference and agent ID, you can choose to retrieve a user´s information based on the email used to access KIU Click.

 

 

  • KEYWORD: In this field the user will need to specify the keyword present on the user's profile that is being searched. In order to facilitate the search, the system will have an autofill feature that will populate all keywords matching the user´s input.

 

 

  • DUTY: Same as with keywords, the user will need to specify which is the duty present on the user profile that needs to be retrieved, for this field a dropdown menu will be enabled

 

As shown in the above screenshots, in order to indicate that a certain filter will be used to retrieve the user list, the checkbox next to it should be marked.

Once the filters are added and following the same logic as any other search, click on the SEARCH button and the system will display the results matching the criteria

 

 

Additionally, the system allows exporting the results to an excel sheet with the “DOWNLOAD XLS“ button.
