Description

As a common component to other system modules, the ELECTRONIC ACCOUNT module allows the user to access the management view accessing from different places.

There is a dedicated ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT option, available from the main page.

Unlike the LIST OF ACCOUNTS options, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT will provide retrieval capabilities just based on CLIENT ID when working with corporate accounts or OFFICE ID when working with agencies.

After the applicable information is filled in, the SEARCH button will be enabled thus performing the required information.

Once the operation is completed, the agent will land on the management view and will be able to modify any of the fields as explained on Account Management
