Description
As a selling/ticketing agent the system keeps track of the ticketing transactions performed by adding items to a “SALES REPORT“
The sales report will be a personal record of the issuance for all document types, voiding and some other common transactions that the agent performs.
To access the reporting module, the user should select the reservations options from the dashboard view, and once there click on “REPORTS”

Current report and other options
There is a wide variety of reports that can be displayed; among the available options, the agent will be able to display the currently open report, consolidated, sort by the office, and by agent among others.
To display the current sales report assigned to the requesting agent (default option), from the above list the “CURRENT“ option should be selected. In case no additional filters are added, the response will be:
The system will list all transactions for the agent who is performing the report request, specifying the agent id, the home office for this agent, report´s date among other details.
Transactions will be sorted based on the transaction type thus all issuances, voids, exchanges, EMD, etc will be displayed together within a common section.
Additionally, in case needed, by clicking on the EXCEL® icon (see below) located on the bottom right corner of the report, a spreadsheet will be created and downloaded locally to the user´s computer:

The above report can be combined with a specific filter to visualize customized information. The available filters are:
Report Summary
This report will show totals by the form of payment, base amounts, tax and commission details:
Form of payment
Once this option is selected, additional selection buttons will be enabled; those buttons determine which FOPs will be displayed in the system´s response:
VOID
This option will display all voided documents if any:
Currency
This option will display only those tickets issued in the specified currency, in order to do so, when selected, the system will display an additional box, in which the user will need to specify the three-letter IATA code for the currency, below an example :
