Passenger lists

Description


KIU Click allows users to keep track of the records created for a certain flight; the way to visualize those records, or at one of the ways, it using the “PASSENGER LIST

To access the passenger list section, the user will need to select the reservations option and then select passengers list :

 

Requests types.


 

The passenger list option will allow a variety of requests showing complementary information to the basic one. A passenger list could be considered as a list showing just confirmed spaces, in order to request the latter, the user will need to specify , flight number, flight date, origin and destination and click “SEARCH”, hereunder an example :

As seen with other list-like features, the system will allow exporting to information to an EXCEL sheet by clicking the icon.

If results are to be displayed, the system will show a header with the list type and right below it, the record locator for the reservation, passenger data and class of service as shown above.

Finally, on the bottom right corner of such display, a total count of the passengers matching the criteria will be shown.

Additional information can be obtained, by applying firlters , extensions or changing the request type.

 

Revalidated tickets.

 

The option of displaying the information just for those passengers whose tickets have been revalidated, will also be available through the passenger list.

 

 

For the above request, the user-specified the list type, indicating “REVALIDATED“ after that, same criteria as for confirmed passenger was used.

The difference for this case is that the output provided by this list type, will display the ticket information and under the “DATA” column will show the original ticket/coupon information, and as well the new information, meaning flight, class or time used to revalidate the ticket.

Note

The revalidation list is to be done using the NEW flight information.

 

Ticket list.


As stated before, one of the request types is the ticket list; this request shares the basic request criteria and lists all tickets for the selected flight including as well, number of coupons, coupon´s status, currency, amount, issuing office and issuer data, below an example

 

Last PNRs


 

The final request type is “LAST PNRs“, this option will share the basic parameters with the previous types but this time, the system will enable an extra box which will allow the user to specify the number of PNRs to be displayed (maximum 15)

 

Filters and extensions


 

On top of the different request types, the passenger list feature allows narrowing down the search criteria by offering additional filters and extensions.

Filters and extensions only apply to the CONFIRMED request, and the available options are for filters are :

  • Issued: This filter will add an additional column to the basic display, this column identified by “TK“ which stands for ticket , and under this column “ET“ will indicate the existence of an electronic ticket

 

 

  • Expiration Date: This option will return all records whose time limit has not been changed based on ticket issuance , meaning those PNRs that remain unticketed.

  • Required: This option will display those records with “required“ status for the itinerary , this will be shown under the status column.

 

  • Class: This option will enable an additional box to specify the class of service thus to display only those records whose itinerary has the selected class of service.

 

 

  • Type: This filter stands for passenger type, and it allows the user to get the information related just to a certain pax type, this applies for ADT, CHD or INF, below an example

 

 

As you may see in the case of a child, a special icon will be added to identify the passenger type.

  • User: This option will allow filtering the records created by a certain agent only, in order to so, the full agent sine must be typed in the box marked as “USER

 

 

While extension options are :

 

  • Return: This option shows the return date in case applicable

  • Document: Shows document type and number

  • Tickets: Shows ticket number

  • Frequent Flyer: Shows frequent flyer info if any

  • Office: Shows the creation office for the record

  • User: Shows the creation user for the record
