1. Flight panel
Flight panel shows the all flights originated from the station/airport linked to the terminal, and departing within a range of up 6 hours. All fields can be modified and filtered by origin, destination and time range.

Item | When typing an item of the list and by clicking Execute button the search passenger screen of the flight will be displayed. |
In the flight panel list, clicking on item number will redirect to the passenger search screen of the selected flight.
If you click on the flight number, you will access the flight details such as equipment, meals, flight distance, type of service and stopovers.
List of flights can be sort by the following options:
Origen
Destination
Origin time/date
Arrival time/date
Bookings
Checked-in passengers
Boarding
2. Passengers search
Flight number, origin and date are mandatory and if the itinerary status is not selected, all the passengers of that flight will be displayed regardless of whether their reservation is confirmed or not. It is possible to shrink the search also by record locator or last name.
2.1 Actions
Once the search for a passenger or all passengers on a flight has been executed, it is possible to select the following Actions:

Edit
Uncheck
Board
Off Load/Deplaned
Api (if the flight requires)
Several passengers can be checked at the same time if they share reservation code.
It´s also possible to take action on the passengers card by clicking on the buttons enabled according to the status of the chosen passenger.

2.1.1 Check - in passenger
Select check from actions or from the passenger card.
A new screen will be displayed, where agents can enter the number of luggages and weight. Each bag must be entered with its corresponding weight. If the passenger carries more than one piece of luggage, the baggage weight has to be entered one by one.
In case the excess baggage control is enabled at the time of check-in, a new screen will be displayed to proceed to the payment if excess is detected.
Within the acceptance process, a seat must be selected from the seatmap displayed on the right section of the screen. Gender and nationality fields will be completed as entered in the reservation but they can be modified at this time.
The Advanced Options section is not mandatory in order to be able to check passengers.
2.1.1.1 Excess Baggage
If the airline wants to active the automatic collection of excess luggage, all the corresponding parameters and info must be added to the configuration tables.
The calculation of the amount to be payed is automatic and one the payment is entered an EMD is issued and added to the PNR. It is possible to avoid the payment if the agent sign in has the corresponding keyword.
If an EMD has already been entered in the PNR and covers the excess the payment screen will be not displayed and once the passenger is accepted, the status of the EMD will automatically changed to Checked-In.

2.1.1.2 Advance options
Advance options are not mandatory and they have to be filled in individually. In case several passengers are being checked together, advance options will be shown for the first one checked.

2.1.2 Edit
All options entered at the check- in can be edited. Advance option can also be added in the passenger edition process. It is also possible to reprint boarding passes and bagtags.
2.1.3 Uncheck
Passengers can be unchecked from Actions or from the passenger card. When a passenger is unchecked the luggage and the selected or reserved seat are cancelled as well.
2.1.4 Board
In order to use this option the boarding has to be initialized or assigned. Passengers can be boarded from Actions or from the passenger card. This option is enabled when the passenger is checked-in.
2.1.5 Off Load
A passenger can be offloaded or deplaned from Actions or the passenger card. In order to visualized this option passenger must be boarded.
2.1.6 Api
Api option is only available in flights that require Advance Passenger Information. The form is needed to fill in and saved in order to visualize the check-in button.
3. Boarding
To enable the boarding of a flight, its number, origin and date must be entered, followed by clicking the assign button.
On this section, passengers can be boarded or deplaned by entering the sequence number.
There are two available lists:
Pending passengers boarding
Pending passengers boarding + Baggage
Both lists display names, sequence number, seats, destination and reservation code from the missing passengers. The reservation code allows agents to go to the IPNR if necessary to display more info.
The boarding screen shows also the check-in and boarding passengers quantities.
4. Edition
Only passengers that have been checked- in can be edited. Following items must be completed in order to search for a pax:
Flight number
Origin
Destination
Date
Search criteria
Sequence number
Seat
Last name
All the options entered in the check-in process can be edited. Advanced options can also be entered or edited. In the passenger edition it is also possible to reprint a boarding pass or luggage bagtag.
The edition of passenger´s information is individual, it is not possible to edit multiple passengers at the same time.

The displayed lists are informative, it is not possible to edit the values or informations from this screen.

8. Manual Excess Baggage
Collection from excess baggage can be done from this option but PNR is needed. If reservation has several passengers, agent should select one in order to issue EMD with its name.
The calculation is not automatic, agent must complete all blanks, except for the currency that is by default.

9. Flight control panel
The control panel administration is visible to agents with enabling keywords.
By entering number, origin and date the flight can be initialized or displayed for editing or consultation purposes. Editions and modificactions of the control panel settings can be performed by users with enabling keywords.
Settings that cannot be edited are shown in gray.

From the control panel it is possible to cancel a flight or any of its stopovers. It can also be deinitialized and closed.
