Place PNRS on queues from flight inventory

All PNRS can be placed on a specific queue from a flight inventory. The procedure is the next:

1- The flight table KA * Flight or KA * ALL is displayed
2- The command is executed: KS. {Item} / Q {queue number where PNR will be placed}

In response to placing on queue system will display the selected item and place the corresponding PNRS on queue. In case there are no PNRS in the selected item, the system will respond NONE without displaying the item.

When requesting queue count:

QC/BUE
ACTIVE QUEUE FOR BUE ON UTC:13JAN15:48Z
QUEUE ITEMS WORK DESCRIPTION
 209 : 14 (MULTILIST)

This command allows to select the item so that you can start working on  the schedule table.

Ignore selected item from the schedule table

KSI

Ignore an item selected from a KA. * entry All items that have been selected and not to be modified should be ignored.
This entry is made only after a KS. {Item No}.

Ignore changes within the flight loading process

 KSIR

This command Ignores all changes made after the KSGMODIFY, going back to that step.

Cancel the change process during flight loading

KSGMODIFY/UNDO

Ignores the changes made to an item. It is only used if KSGCANCEL or KSGMODIFY entries were previously made and before KSAVE entry.  Allows you to ignore the modifications made before recording them on the flight. Unlock the item taken by activating the affected flights in the item. To return to work on flights after this step, you must request the flight table (KA * FLIGHT) again  and select the affected period.

Unlock an inventory item in a flight loading process

KS.item number /UNLOCK

This entry is good for unlocking an item that is held by another agent and is not being used by that user. From the  KA * ALL  entry, you can see who is retaining such item.

 Acceptance response will be:

KS.1/UNLOCKOK. <<UNLOCKED>>

If the user holding the selected flight is not logged in when the query is made , the message will indicate LOCKED BY AEP00XX451/NOT LOGGED

Capture of inventory item during flight loading process

KS.item number/OWNER

This entry allows to select a canceled item (KSGCANCEL) or selected to modify (KSGMODIFY) by another user and that has not been finalized the process. Once the command is executed, control of the item remains with the user and with the changes saved at the time it was imported.

It can be checked by running a KS or KS *** entry after import. The acceptance response:

KS.21/OWNEROK. <<OWNER>>

If the user holding the selected flight is not logged in when the query is made , the message will indicate LOCKED BY AEP00XX451/NOT LOGGED
