Flight reservations  on fully sold flights

In the scenario where flight capacity is full and there is a need to add passengers above the authorize capacity use the indicator OSL (Oversale) from the control panel.

El mismo permitirá establecer la cantidad de pasajeros extra que se le asigne al indicador OSL

Follow the next steps 

Step 1:

Configure the OSL indicator by adding the amount of passengers to oversale. In order to edit this paramwenter angent sing must posses keywords CHKLV1 o CHKLV2.

Entry is:

 PC4580/4AUGAEP,OSLY5

On this example 5 passengers are authorized as oversell

Step 2:

The new reservations must be requested using the action code OS from the direct sale entry. Agent sign must have keyword CHKOSL

Continue to build the PNR as any other regular passenger

Control Panel updated the OSL available seats as new over sale passengers are created

Once OS seat is requested via direct sale the OSL indicator decreases. In case the transaction is ignored before being saved the OSL Indicator wont get updated, hence, OSL gets reduced once direct sale is requested 04580Y4AUGAEPCOROS5
