The process of user creation is also present in KIU CLICK on a fast and intuitive way so any system administrator can complete it regardless on how skilled they are or if they have created an user before.
Once in the USER section , the NEW USER tab is to be selected .
This process , same as user mangament from list , involves subsections; to the information , permissions , access queues and confirmation , the create user subsection is added; being this last section the place to indicate USER NUMBER , which should be unique in the system , ORIGIN CITY which will correspond to the user´s home city and finally , the alphabetic code that will be distinctive for such user (usually the name initials are used for this field.)
After clicking on NEXT the INFORMATION screen will be shown and on the top left corner agent number , city and intials will be displayed as well.
In order to continue with the user creation process , all fields marked as mandatory (*) need to be completed and after that just click on NEXT or IGNORE or CLEAR as applicable.
NOTE: It is important to make sure that after a city is added the “+“ is clicked to make sure that the corresponding information is moved to the profile.
Once the INFORMATION subsection has been completed the PERMISSIONS page will be shown .
This page follows the same logic as stated on the Users- Management from List (Permissions)
Bear in mind that in order to continue with the user creation process at least one duty code will be requiered. Once the information is completed , click on NEXT
The last step is the CONFIRMATION screen , in this screen the managing user will have the chance to take a look at the user profile summary , to make sure that all attributes were added correctly and if necessary rectify whatever information is to be changed.
If the profile is ok to go , then the managing user will be able to select among two options :
CONFIRM: This option will create the user but no activation will be done
CONFIRM AND ACTIVATE : This option will create the user and also activate being ready for system usage.
