Ingreso a la configuración

Debe ingresar a su acceso al back office de eCommerce (en caso de no contar con uno solicitarlo a su ejecutivo de cuentas)

Esta configuración se encuentra en las secciones: “Resultado de búsqueda”, “Información de los pasajeros” y “Compra”.

Habilitar

  • Prendido = Verde

  • Apagado = Gris

  • Al estar en verde se mostrará el mensaje configurado al pie de pantalla

  • Al estar en gris no se mostrará ningún mensaje en la pantalla.

Habilitar check-box

  • Prendido = Verde

  • Apagado = Gris

  • Al estar en verde se mostrará un check-box en el mensaje el cual será obligatorio seleccionar para continuar con el flujo de compra

  • Al estar en gris no se mostrará el check-box en el mensaje

Caja de texto

Ingreso de texto enriquecido e imágenes

Texto que se mostrará al pie de pantalla

Se podrá ingresar texto, dar formato, ingresar links/hipervínculos e imágenes

Hasta 2000 caracteres

 

Ideas de utilización

En esta sección pueden agregar entre otras cosas:

  • Información útil para el pasajero.

  • Información referente al covid.

  • Información legal.

  • Información sobre documentación.

  • Información sobre el pago.

  • Imágenes con promociones.

  • Condiciones que el pasajero tiene que aceptar antes de continuar con la compra.

  • Links a información alojada en la página web de la aerolínea.

Access settings

You must access to eCommerce's back office (if you do not have one, you should request it to your account executive)

These settings are found in the sections: "Search results", "Passenger information" and "Purchase".

  • On = Green

  • Off = Gray

  • If it is in green, the message set will be displayed at the bottom of the screen

  • If it is in gray, no message will be displayed on the screen.

Enable check-box

  • On = Green

  • Off = Gray

  • If it is in green, a check-box will be shown in the message which will be mandatory to continue with the purchase flow

  • If it is in gray no check-box will be displayed in the message

You can enter text, format it, enter links / hyperlinks and images

Up to 2000 characters

 

Ideas for its use

In this section you may add, among other things:

  • Useful information for the passenger.

  • Information regarding Covid

  • Legal information.

  • Information about documentation.

  • Payment Information.

  • Images including promos.

  • Conditions the passenger has to accept in order to continue with the purchase flow.

  • Links to information hosted on the airline's website.
