FLT Layout - 1.9
FLT v1.9 (Flown) is a comma separated text file that is sent on when a flight is closed (if the flight has more than one leg, the FLT file will be sent once all legs are closed) via email in a zip file. It contains all flight closures performed by the airline the day before.
The first character on each line is always the “Record” indicator. This value may be:
1 Header of File (repetition: one per file)
2 Header of Flight (repetition: one per flight)
3 Detail of Leg (repetition: one per leg)
4 Detail of Cabin (repetition: one per flight cabin)
5 Detail of Coupon (repetition: one per coupon)
6 Detail of Crew (repetition: one per crew and extra crew)
7 Detail of EMD (repetition: one per EMD related to the flight)
8 Detail of baggage, cargo and mail (repetition: one per leg)
9 Detail of No Show Passengers (repetition: one per each no show passenger in each flight leg)
The format of each record is detailed below using the following references regarding Type of Data:

Before the type of data, the number of characters applicable to the field is indicated. If the number of characters is variable, it will be indicated as follows: n(maximum number); otherwise, the indicated value corresponds to the exact width of the field.

(3) This field does not have a predefined format. It will depend on each airline and their chosen method for working with bag tags.
(4) Passenger Contact Format:

(5) Seat Information may have more than one seat number. If passenger is in transit in a 2 leg or more flight it may contain on or more seat changes. Seats will be separated with “.”, for example, 20G.5C.
