As explained on other documents , every user needs at least one device to be set as defaualt in order to be able to connect to KIU´s servers and to user KIU Click application.

To provide an easy management process KIU Click has several tools that will allow the managing user to update profiles as desired , including devices; one of this tools is the “DEVICE LIST”

To access this feauture , you will need to click on USERS and then DEVICE LIST

This option will allow the user to retrieve either AVAILABLE DEVICES or ASSOCIATED DEVICES based on OFFICE , CITY or COUNTRY level.

On the above sreenshot the user requested for the list of all ASSOCIATED DEVICES at a country level .

Below an example of a request for AVAILABLE DEVICES from a CITY standpoint.

Request Devices

Additionally on the DEVICE LIST view the user will have the option of requesting additional devices in case needed.

To do so , there is a dedicated button

After clicking on in , the system will display a pop up window in which the NUMBER OF DEVICES should be specified (numeric field).

By default , the office ID listed on this window will be the user´s terminal defaul but it can be changed just by deleting the previous information and typing in the desired office.

After the number of devices has been specified and the office ID is the correct one , based on user´s needs, just click on REQUEST
