Description


On top of the basic operations for queue management, the system offers some additional filters to easily view and filter specific queues. The filters are:

  • VIEW USERS View Users:

    • This action button allows

    to visualize
    • visualizing active user within the queue (if any). By default this option is set to be off, by clicking on the button

  • SPECIFIC QUEUE Specific Queue:

    • This filter allows

    to view
    • viewing a single queue, clearing out the rest of the viewport from additional queues

  • ALL CITIES All Cities:

    • This option will display all queues (with the same number) from all cities to which the user has access to, and group them as shown below:

As seen in the above image, the system detects that queue number 1 from AEP, CCS, HDQ, and MIA has an active item, thus, it displays such queue, the same happens for queue number 2.

  • CITY City:

    • This filter allows

    to display
    • displaying queues from a specific city, as long as the user has been granted with view privileges for that specific city. This filter can be combined as well with the ALL ACTIVE QUEUE button, as explained before.
